Additional work discovered during the job will be discussed and approved before proceeding

Scheduling and Cancellation

Service dates are scheduled based on availability
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations
Weather conditions may require rescheduling at our discretion
Emergency services are scheduled on a priority basis

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant Tree Service Legends and its employees permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for:

Ensuring clear access to the work area
Securing pets during service
Notifying us of any underground utilities or obstacles
Obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals

Liability and Insurance

Tree Service Legends maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including:

General liability insurance: $2,000,000
Workers' compensation: Full Coverage

We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstacles not disclosed prior to service. Pre-existing conditions such as diseased trees, weak structures, or previous damage are the property owner's responsibility.
